Questo monumento è stato eretto nel 2004 in ricordo della strage del 12 ottobre 2002, quando un gruppo di estremisti islamici fece esplodere una bomba in una famosa discoteca di Kuta (Sari Club). Durate questo attentato morirono 202 persone e altrettante rimasero ferite, per lo più si trattava di turisti in giovane età. Il monumento in pietra, finemente lavorata, presenta una targa di marmo con incisi i nomi e la nazionalità delle vittime.
