E’ un mercato delle pulci che si tiene in Sungei Road e nelle strade circostanti. Il nome deriva dal fatto che qui si vendono oggetti usati, di contrabbando e, molto probabilmente, rubati. Fino agli anni ’60 vi si trovavano facilmente anche merce dell’esercito inglese come uniformi e attrezzature militari. Originariamente i venditori avevano di piccoli negozi abusivi che però dopo diversi incendi sono stati abbattuti e oggi i prodotti sono venduti direttamente in strada.
