Il Mercato Verde si tiene tutti i giorni in Piazza dell’Università. Dal 1857 al 1984 si svolgeva solo per mezza giornata, ora invece si possono trovare le sue bancarelle allestite per tutto il giorno. Il sabato mattina il mercato si estende ulteriormente fino ad “invadere” Wiener Philarmoniker Gasse. Qui si possono trovare prodotti ortofrutticoli oltre che pane, dolci, carne e liquori. Molto bello e colorato è un luogo di incontro per i cittadini.
