E’ un memoriale di guerra dedicato a Lim Bo Seng, combattente della resistenza cinese durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Il monumento fu eretto nel 1954 e la sua forma ottagonale ricorda una pagoda. E’ in marmo con il tetto in bronzo a tre livelli. A protezione del monumento, sul piedistallo ci sono quattro leoni in bronzo. Su quattro targhe è incisa la vita di Lim in inglese, cinese, tamil e jawi.
