Piccola India è un quartiere centrale di Singapore. Si è sviluppata attorno ad un carcere di indiani e, anche grazie alla vicinanza con il fiume, gli immigrati dall’India allevavano il bestiame. Ancora oggi la popolazione che vive qui è per lo più indiana e infatti camminando per le vie del quartiere si noteranno i numerosi negozi che vendono prodotti tipici di questo paese. Piccola India è facilmente raggiungibile con la metro.
