Non è solo il più grande polmone verde di Singapore, ma anche il bacino idrico che alimenta tutti gli altri. Qui vivono protetti ed indisturbati oltre 500 specie di animali, tra cui il macaco, il pangolino e diversi uccelli. Per quanto riguarda la flora invece si tratta di foreste per lo più costituite da alberi giovani in quanto in passato questa zona subì un forte disboscamento per favorire l’agricoltura. La Riserva offre la possibilità di lunghe passeggiate.
