E’ un Tempio tradizionale cinese dedicato a Kuan Yin, la dea della Misericordia. Fu costruito nel 1884 ma nel 1982 subì un importante restauro. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale fu rifugio per i feriti di guerra e i senza tetto. La facciata principale ha un grande portone di ingresso ed è caratterizzata da colori accesi: rosso, giallo e verde. All’interno le travi del tetto sono riccamente decorate con le svastiche buddiste.
