Il grattacielo in questione sorge nel più moderno ed avveniristico quartiere della città, l’Eur. La Torre Europarco, chiamata anche Torre Transit in quanto progettata dallo Studio Transit, rappresenta la prima costruzione alta più di 100 metri mai realizzata nella capitale. L’edificio, destinato ad ospitare uffici, sarà sede della Provincia di Roma. Il palazzo, alto 120 metri, è costituito da un prisma rivestito in cristallo.
