La torre, inaugurata nell’Autunno del 2011, è descritta come “il primo edificio aziendale aperto al pubblico”. Ai primi due livelli fuori terra, occupati da una caffetteria e da spazi espositivi, è infatti possibile accedere senza alcuna restrizione. La struttura, a forma di rombo-diamante e firmata dal catalano Enric Massip-Bosch, è sede dell’azienda di telecomunicazioni Telefonica. Il palazzo, alto 110 metri, è la quinta costruzione più alta di Barcellona.
