L’edificio, in passato convento di S.Nicolò dei Bologni, dal 1959 è sede del Tribunale e della Procura Militare. Questa struttura fu costruita nel 1579 annessa alla Chiesa di San Nicolò del Cassaro (completamente distrutta durante i bombardamenti del 1943). Notare al centro del palazzo il bellissimo portale in pietra formato da due colonne doriche. All’interno si può ammirare un chiostro slanciato a base quadrata con tre arcate a tutto sesto per ciascun lato.
