Questo palazzo costruito nel 1937 è stato la sede della Corte Suprema fino al 2005 per poi essere trasformato nella National Art Gallery nel 2015. E’ in stile neoclassico con una serie di colonne corinzie all’esterno e i muri interni affrescati dagli artisti italiani. Affacciato sul cortile interno c’è la biblioteca legale decorata con una grande cupola.
