E’ situata nella frazione di Corogna, e risale alla fine del XIV secolo: presenta un’unica navata con abside semicircolare, con affiancato il suggestivo campanile medioevale. Gli interventi di restauro risalgono al 1977 e al 1983 e hanno restituito alle facciate la veste originaria, con pietre squadrate a vista, in cui sono state scoperte due antiche finestrelle absidali, che erano state otturate.
