Costruito dal 1813 ed inaugurato nel 1816, questo ponte di Dublino a tre archi ellittici in pietra con decorazioni a forma di testa su ciascun arco. Questo ponte era originariamente conosciuto come Richmond Bridge in onore del lord reggente come tutti i ponti di Dublino venne poi rinominato ponte Jeremiah O’Donovan Rossa in onore di un leader repubblicano.
