La Winnifred Beach è una spiaggia di modeste dimensioni, frequentata per lo più da famiglie giamaicane che vengono qui con i bambini a trascorrere i pomeriggi più caldi. Lungo tutta la spiaggia ci sono diverse bancarelle di artigianato locale, frutta fresca e pesce appena pescato. Non mancano i bar dove fare uno spuntino.
